Biznify Solutions (“Biznify,” “we,” “us”) provides a business tool that lets service businesses manage their leads and customers, send and receive text messages, place calls, and track jobs. This policy explains what the Biznify mobile app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who uses the app
The app is used by business owners and their staff (“users”) who are given an access code by Biznify. Users do not create their own accounts in the app; accounts are provisioned by Biznify for each business.
Information we collect
Account information. The access code and session used to sign you in, and basic device information used to keep you logged in and to deliver notifications.
Customer and lead information you manage. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes for the leads and customers in your account. This is business data you or your website forms provide.
Messages and calls. The text messages and call activity you send and receive through the app, so your conversation history is available across your devices.
Photos and camera. If you attach a photo to a job or message, we access the selected photo or camera image. We only access photos you choose.
Microphone. Used only while you are on a call placed through the app.
Push tokens. A device token so we can send you notifications about new messages and activity.

How we use information
We use the information to operate the service: to sign you in, show your leads and conversations, send and receive your messages and calls, deliver notifications, and support and improve the app. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, and share only what is needed for them to perform their function: telecommunications providers to deliver your calls and text messages, cloud hosting and database providers to store your data, and push-notification providers to deliver notifications. These providers are bound to protect the data and use it only to provide their service to us.
Data retention
We keep your business, contact, message, and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@biznifysolutions.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your choices
You control the photos and contacts you add. You can turn off notifications in your device settings. To access, correct, or delete your account and data, contact us at support@biznifysolutions.com.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
